<p>on a more serious note, its 2:18 AM... but uh really, did anyone get the 2nd postcard that says that their app's complete/incomplete yet?</p>

<p>i'm in India too. I'm applying RD and I got the confirmation post card which was postmarked Nov 2. I sent in the online app on October 8, so ya Pton takes its time.</p>
