2nd housing payment

<p>would anybody know whether i have to make my 2nd initial installment ON july 15th? or can i do it before?</p>

<p>Because i'm not sure whether i'm supposed to click on the "Pay for this timeframe" link, or to "make initial payment" link, because the initial payment link only takes me to view a receipt of my previous transaction, and i wasn't sure if this meant i had to wait until july 15th.</p>

<p>ok so i hope i did it right. I’m not sure if its been processed yet or not, but do you think i would still be able to submit a CAR already? or should i wait to make sure the 2nd payment was processed already ?</p>
