I have an MBA degree from the Indian Institue of Management - Calcutta (one of India's premier MBA institutions.)
After, 10 years of work ex, I am now looking forward to a springboard to launch my career into the next level, and give me an international experience (somehow not possible in my current job)

Surfing the net - I figured out about this Sloan Fellowship program at MIT/Stanford/LBS - does anyone know about this course? What are the job prospects post his course?
or would it be better to pursue a 2nd MBA from the top tier US universities.. note My GMAT score is 700...

It would be very hard for you to tell a compelling story to the Adcom on why you need a second MBA and why your first MBA didn’t work for you.
You could apply for a job with an international company to give you an international experience.

Yes, I think cbreeze is right; that said, you could always try to make your case (all you have to lose are your chains…and some time/those fees). The decision is ultimately up to someone on the admissions board, so probably neither cbreeze’s opinion nor mine are definitive on these matters.

In addition to the Sloan program (which may or may not be a good fit for you) you could also try to get into an EMBA, esp. if you are working and your company sponsors you. It’s unlikely you’ll do much (if any) networking, but the credential may open some doors otherwise closed for you right now.

All in all, if you are a good networker you should not do another degree–provided you have a solid track-record.
