2nd semester senior year grades

<p>now i know this has been asked a million times, and it seems that people say its acceptable to get B's and maybe 1 or 2 Cs without getting any trouble</p>

<p>but does this mean a B for one quarter, or a final grade? at my school when final transcripts go out, there is only one final grade for each class. If my calculus average dropped from a 98 first and second quarter, to a 85 FINAL AVERAGE is that acceptable ?( it may bc i forgot to do a major project which counts next semester)</p>

<p>Acceptable or not it's what you're going to get. Unless you've applied to schools that are math specific it shouldn't affect you. Besides, collleges don't really pay attention to second semester grades.</p>

<p>Btw, how do you "forget" to do a major project.</p>

<p>You never know what might happen in the future so you should work just as hard your second semester as you did your previous years in high school,Just in case......</p>
