Hey people of CC, quick question. When you enter BS and you turn your transcript in, do they look at 3rd and 4th quarter or just 2nd Semester as a whole? My school goes with the (3rd quarter +4th quarter)/2 =2nd Semester grading scale, so I’m just curious if they would look at the 2nd Semester as a whole the two quarters as separate grades. I’m doing superb and I’m waiting for wait list announcements sometime next week.

They would look at however your current school breaks it out. If your question is: “Will the school look at the semester grade more closely than Q3 or Q4?” (or vice versa) then the answer is nobody except admissions knows, and they’re not telling.
I don’t understand what you are asking. Are you asking what happens once you are offered admission, accept that admission, pay your deposit, and have your academic records transferred at the end of the school year? Are you asking if the BS is going to pay more attention to the 3rd quarter grade or 4th quarter grade of a student they have already admitted and taken money from? Unless your grades absolutely tank (like a D or below) I cant imagine they are going to give either quarter’s grades a second look.

I know he was waitlisted, but he’s asking when he or someone enters school and turns in his transcript, which won’t happen unless he comes off the waitlist, obviously.
