<p>hmm..i do not think there is a good chance of you getting vdc/vdcn. these specific complexes arent even guaranteed to the freshmen. it is first come, first served. you might have some luck getting into campus village or arroya vista. you should check out the uci housing website to find out.</p>
<p>Have a soph son in VDCN now - he's getting kicked out next year as they guaranteed the VDCN housing complex for sophomores (who, starting this year, had a 2 year housing guarantee.</p>
<p>VDCN currently has sophomores, jrs and srs. My sons apt has a shared double and two singles. They were planning on applying to stay there next year but were told about a month ago that VDCN was putting all current residents out because they guaranteed 2-year housing to this year's incoming freshman class. Nice, huh? I think the same applies to VDC but am not sure.</p>
