Is taking the second year of a HL possible to be taken during junior year?
Im not asking about reasonableness or anything. I just want to know if it is a possibility

You can take the class but I believe HL tests can only be taken in the final year of the IBD. Some schools have accelerated programs in which the IBD is completed in 10-11th grade, and then college courses are taken during 12th grade. That is very rare.
Only 2 SL external assessments can be done in the first year. You could take the class junior year and take the assessment a year later, but that seems risky to me.
To my knowledge IB exams taken in the 10th grade are not considered for IB diploma. As vicki has written you could take the exams later, but it is risky indeed. My son is taking IB Math HL Y2 in his sophomore year. But in order to be able to graduate with IB diploma, he has to take another Group 5 IB course in his 11th and 12th grade. You should talk to your school’s IB coordinator.
