I’m a junoir this year and my gpa will be a 3.0 at the end of this year going into my senior year. I was wondering if I could get Into any of these schools?

I live in Kansas but hate it, But I can afford out of state. Which would you guys recommend?
Also do I have a chance of getting into Texas Tech?
