3.11 GPA 1690 SAT

My UC GPA is about 3.4, and my senior year first semester grades are predicted to be a 4.2. I did not do so well sophomore year.

My overall unweighted gpa is a 3.11 and weighted is a 3.3 for all four years.

My SAT score is a 1690.

My extracurriculars so far include
theatre-3 years
swim team (jv one year, varsity two years)- 3 years
Link Crew (New student Orientation)- 1 year

I understand that my grades or SAT scores are not that great, I was just wondering if you could chance me in these schools just so I know not to get my hopes too high. I am applying for a major in business administration: marketing.

University of California, Irvine
University of California, Riverside
Santa Clara University
University of San Diego

Thank you so much for your help.

Sorry to disappoint you but UC’s do not consider senior year grades at all. I think you have a chance at Riverside but not Irvine or San Diego, both of those schools have an average gpa over 4.0. But if I was you I’d look into the CSU’s with a gpa like yours. Chico is a great school and not too hard to get into, you should apply there!
