I am an undergrad double major in math and physics, and i have almost completed a minor in computer science (I may be one class short of it when I graduate). I have a 3.17 GPA, my GRE score is unknown. I have two years of part-time lab experience working with semiconductor particle detectors, and I am co-author on a paper that was published in IEEE Nuclear Inst. and Methods (from that same semiconductor job). I'm now working on another research project in storage systems (computer science department) but I doubt anything will get published by the time I apply to graduate school. I know my GPA is low, and my major GPA may be slightly lower (like 3.1 perhaps). My math and computer science GPAs are higher than my physics GPA. Can I get into a UC (Davis, Irvine, Santa Barbara, maybe San Diego?) MS in stats or computer science with this GPA? Please let me know!

I think you might be required to take the CS GRE since you only have a minor in CS. I think UCD and UCI should be well within your reach if your GRE scores are decent.
