<p>I applied to LAS too. It seems most of the international majors or international students have been accepted to LAS, but i haven't heard a lot about those who applied and were accepted for science majors. i hope this means something good!</p>
<p>at least we didn't get the status update with a note saying "your status has been acted upon" in that box that currently reads "we will send notification by april 1"</p>
<p>I guess I'll just have to wait until Friday to see if this update was a good thing! I'm still very excited about this update. :D</p>
<p>The date the Oasis link is posted means that they mailed out your decision the day before.</p>
<p>So if someone got the Oasis link on 3/24/09, it means that USC mailed out their decision 3/23/09.</p>

<p>Yes, it means they probably started reviewing your apps yesterday, b/c I'm pretty sure that the status updates are computer done, so they take a day to get online.</p>
<p>And they might come to a decision today and mail out your decision today and then tomorrow you get that Oasis Link update.</p>
