3.3 Gpa..?

yeah so basically i messed up and my average gpa is a 3.3. i'm taking SAT classes and my goal is 1700 at least. I'm hoping for a 1900. Please don't judge me but i want to know what my actual chances are.

I'm going into my second year of ASB, i have 200+ volunteer hours from summer volunteering and i also dance and i'm in several clubs.

I would be happy with getting into UCR and then transfer. But do i even have a chance at all. My parents would kill me if i went to a cal state and they say they won't help pay for my college unless i go to a university. Yes i want to get into one, but i'm very very scared.

UCR: Match
