@ewho admissions to programs are not simply a matter of statistics. It is a wholistic admissions process. Yes, GPA and test scores are extremely important, but so are volunteer experiences. Quite a few schools also have an interview requirement. Without knowing more about the student’s statistics, I can’t even address scholarships. The applicant pool for these programs is very competitive, and a student would have to stand out for scholarship opportunities. They are not as plentiful as one would think.
