<p>From what school (or give approximate ChemE rank)? Also give your research experience. All I can say with what you’ve given is that your GPA is not low enough to be rejected just for that (but for PhD, it’s probably on the low end). Also Berkeley doesn’t have a normal MS program. It has something called Product Development Program (PDP) and you should check if you’re OK with that program.</p>
