3.7 GPA freshman year, can I get into NYU if I keep it up?

<p>Yes, a 3.7 is right on track for NYU acceptance--but keep in mind it is tougher to get into some schools at NYU than others--and there is always a chance that you won't get at least the average GPA scores--meaning you will want a higher GPA than average to make up for possible lower SAT/ACT scores.</p>

<p>Also, don't forget the ECs (extracurriculars) and the volunteer work--it all is considered.</p>

<p>How hard is it to get into the section for broadcasting? And my counsler said that Fordham and BU are good for broadcasting. And my GPA is really 3.65 so I just rounded up.</p>
