3.75 GPA, I need some target schools! Urgent!

Hi, I'm a bit worried about my college list... I feel like the schools I'm applying to are either definite likelies or definite reaches (according to my college counsellour and our Naviance).

Reach -
New York University
Vanderbilt University
Wesleyan University

Target/likely -
Boston University (more of a likely)

Likely -
Chapman University
Northeastern University
Pepperdine University

Our school only has weighted GPA, and mine is 3.75. There are no class ranks. I am graduating from an international school that sends many students to top schools in the US. My highest SAT is 1980 (highest subscores, 710 W, 640 M, 630 CR) and I took the ACT on the 22nd. I am in the International Thespian Society (honours theatre society) and an officer. I've done some volunteer work. I've been involved in almost every theatre activity available at school; tons of major roles, plan theatre events, etc. I am taking the hardest classes available (IB Diploma).

I'm interested in minoring in theatre and majoring in psychology, business, or communication studies (can't choose). I prefer schools in or near the city. I will not have a car, so I prefer public transportation. I like diversity. I like having lots of things to do. I am a bit turned off by schools that are big on Greek life. I am willing to go to California, but it's too late to apply for UCs. I absolutely love the Northeast. I might be willing to go to the south (Vanderbilt is an exception). I like medium-bigger sized schools, but small schools might be okay. I must go to a school that has a decent to good looking campus (please nothing SUNY). I don't think I'm as interested in liberal arts colleges?

So what are some target schools for me?? Please help :( It's very urgent! Do you think adding U of Southern California would be bad?

Thanks so much!!
