I will have 83 credits at the end of this week, and I found out that if I take 3 more classes (easy classes in my opinion and also offered in the summer), I can receive 3 different associate degrees instead of just one. I still plan to transfer next semester to Rutgers and get my BS.

Will having 3 Associate degrees give me any advantages? Or will it be a detriment (employers may wonder why I hadn't been able to settle on just one associate degree before moving right on to my bachelor's.)? Or will it not matter at all? Your opinions matter.

I don’t know if this makes a difference, but I just found out that I will have 4 associates instead of 3 if I take them 3 classes.

It doesn’t hurt to get them, and if you think it could negatively impact employment, nobody is obligating you to list all of them (you could choose, based on what you’re applying for, which one might be the most helpful).

It won’t really make a difference in my opinion. I am in the same position as you except that I will receive two A.S. with just another class to take.

Rutgers will only take a maximum of 60(at least for SAS and SEBS) so there is no point of taking those extra classes to get 3 A.S. I submitted my application 2 days ago and they never asked about how many Associate degrees you have.

What the hell. I just realized I was bumpin a 2 year old thread thanks livvybee
