Hello. I'm currently a sophomore taking 3 AP classes: AP Chem, AP Euro, and AP Computer Science. So as a freshman, I didn't so well and I ended getting 3 B''s freshman year (Health and both semesters of English). Because of that, I ended up getting a terrible GPA (3.785) and a low rank 208th out of 700. After this, I promised myself to get straight A's from here on out. But do you think colleges will forgive me for getting those B's? I was so nervous about colleges thinking really bad of me.

Please. 3 B’s will not hurt you. In fact, some colleges like to see improvement over time, so …
Some colleges don’t even look at Freshman grades. And health is, well, I wouldn’t worry about that one at all.
And a 3.78 is not “terrible!”
Seriously, you need to relax.

A 3.75 is not bad. You will be fine. Just manage your time and show some improvement over time. There are a lot of students who get into wonderful colleges with 3.5s. Give yourself a break.
