I applied to NYU using the 3 subject test option. I submitted the U.S history, Biology, and World History tests. On the application status it says that the standardize test requirement is not complete. Are these 3 tests good for NYU?

You have two history (humanities) tests, so I don’t think so. Do you have any other scores? Or does the following apply to you in any way?

It says one non language of the students choice. That could mean I could take two history tests right?

Whoops! Apparently I can’t read. You should be fine then.

You have completed SAT subject requirements US History for Lit or Humanity,Biology for Math or Science and World History for non-language test-student’s choice. I suggest you call up the undergrad admissions office and seek information both in terms of clarification and receipt of scores. Also fax a copy of SAT subject scores (take a printout of scores from CollegeBoard and scan) marked as urgent to admission office. All the best and take care.

does AP english language and composition count as a humanity. and also chinese AP

No,but AP English fits into LITERATURE and humanities, so your good. AP Chinese does not, count as a humanity so you cannot use it.
