3 wrong on Math=740? Math Ic or 2c?

I just took a sit down full SAT practice timed test and did great on the math and not as well but decent on reading and writing. Question I got 3 wrong does that equate to a 760? I was thinking it was more like a 780. Is it also true that depending on the "curve" of test day that it could be more or less? What factors dictate what kind of curve will be in effect? I still don't get that part at all.

Second, I have heard generally speaking kids do overall better on the 2c providing they are decent math students and the grading is more forgiving. Does anyone know enough to comment one way or another on this?
Thanks:)

3 wrong is most likely 740.

Math IIC is, from my recent experience with practice tests, highly difficult. Not only does it test your knowledge of fairly advanced mathematical constructs, but it also tests reasoning.

Well, it's not so hard to get an 800 on Math IIC, but it's really hard to get every question right.

3 wrong on SAT math = 740ish
3 wrong on SAT 1c math = 720ish
3 wrong on SAT 2c math = 800ish

well for march, 3 wrong on SAT math = 720

^^ yeah, because 3 wrong = -4.
