I am applying to a school that's only three years and then planning to go to another school closer to home for one year. they're both for students with learning disabilities.

for the school I’m planning to go to for one year, they need a disabilities form. don’t know what to mention in the disabilities form.

ok. I feel better.

Are you talking about colleges? This is confusing… if you are looking for advice, please clarify what the schools are what your plan is.

yes I am talking about colleges. the schools are Cape Cod Community College and Brandeis University. my plan is three years at Cape Cod Community College and then one year at Brandeis. Brandeis would be a school closer to home after 3 years at CCCC.

my question is… will Brandeis let me transfer?

well?

while Brandeis thing was technically my idea.

In case you’re still wondering, you must read the transfer credit policy at Brandeis. Also, most college that grant BAs require you to attend for at least two years to complete a major and the other degree requirements.
