A friend of mine stopped after AB her junior year (during which time she also took AP Stats) even though our school offers BC, and instead opted to take both AP Bio and AP Chem, and she did fine in college admissions. No-math won't kill you, but be sure to do it wisely.

i took/am taking:

alg. I in 8th grade
honors geom. in 9th
honors alg. II in 10th
honors pre-calc in 11th
AP stats in 11th

is 4 years worth in 3 enough, or should I still take calc BC my senior year

I did:

8th grade - Honors Geometry (No credit given because of NC policy)
9th grade - Honors Algebra II
10th grade - AP Calculus BC / AP Statistics
11th grade - Math Topics / MV Calc (through LSU)
Summer school - Discrete Math (UNC)
12th grade - Real Analysis I (UNC) / Applied Linear Algebra (UNC) / Diff Eq (through LSU)

The funny thing is that I needed AP Statistics to graduate in my state.
