Will I qualify for Merit $ in 2014 with a 30 ACT and 3.84 GPA? If I qualify, what should I potentially expect in terms of dollars off each year. Thanks for your help and advice.

Yes, you should qualify and

I was accepted to Denver for Fall 2012 with stats very similar to yours. I got a 12k tuition scholarship and a 3k room deduction off the 50+K COA. The 3k was a little annoying because it locked you into on campus housing to get it and Denver’s rates are not cheap. If that’s enough for you to go, great. For me the final cost was over 2X any other school I was accepted to, private or public. They don’t pretend to meet need and didn’t for me.

Be aware that if you are from outside the area that draws many students to UD, the school might be a bit more generous than if you are local. The school would love to get some geographic diversity.
