First post!
Anyways... So I'm going to be a freshman next year and I got a 31 on the ACT at the start of this summer. I had a 35 in math (I took Alg 2 this year) and 34 in science (unexpected). But then I had poor scores in English (29) and Reading (25).
I'm wondering what I can do to boost my English and Reading scores. I know I have a lot of time before I have to take the ACT that actually counts. I've been too busy to read recently, but I'm going to try to read more over this summer. Any other tips to boost my Reading score?

English - just review basic grammar lessons and learn tricks for questions that appear frequently. Active voice instead of passive, redundancy, etc. My tip for reading is to try to pretend you actually like the passage. Take many practice tests.
Best of luck!

Very Impressive DK! Congrats!!
