31 to a 34+... possible?

I took the ACT in April and I got a 31. I prepped for about two weeks using the Princeton Review. I guess my score is okay but I can't say I'm satisfied with them. I am hoping I could improve my score to at least a 33 or 34, and an even higher one would be great too!

Overall I got a 29 on the English :/, 34 on math, 33 reading and 28 science.

I was wondering if any of you could tell me how you improved some of your scores.

On the English, I got the most wrong on rhetorical skills, and I'm having trouble with the experiment passages on the science section. If you have any study tips for me please tell me! I will be taking the ACTs again in June and am currently preparing for them with other books like kaplan and the Mc-graw hill ACT book.

Yes, someone I know bumped a 27 to 33. I'm going to bump my ugly 30 to a 33. G'luck.

i got a 30 in march, and i am taking it june 9th and i would be surprised if i got below a 34. i hadn't prepared at all for the march one.

For English, read The Elements of Style by Strunk & White. It contains quite a lot on concrete grammar and rhetorical skills. I love that book; on the official ACT practice tests, I usually get 35 or 36 on English.

For science, just skip to the figures, tables, and graphs for most of the questions unless it's the comparing viewpoints stuff.
