Hey all,

Just got my June ACT scores. Pretty happy.

English: 33
Math: 34
Reading: 34
Science: 36

Composite: 34

My SAT score is a 1390/1400 and a 2190/2400. Am I better off sending ONLY my ACT score?

Also, is a 34 acceptable for Yale SCEA?

Any help is appreciated.

a 34 is wayyy better than a 2190 so I would send that. I just took the act 1st time without prep and got a 31…is that better then a 2190?

34!

and someone posted this link with average ACTs for Ivy Leagues:
[Ivy League ACT Scores - Compare ACT Scores for Ivy League Schools](Ivy League ACT Score Comparison for Admission)

And my combined English/Writing score is a 33. Is that ok?

34 is better. And the combine English/Writing score doesn’t even matter anyway for college admissions. Nonetheless, your 33 in that section is perfectly fine (it’s higher than mine was, which was a 31, I believe).

Your 34 is better
