35 on ACT, full rides?

<p>I recently got a 35 on my ACT and I haven't had much luck in finding really great scholarships online. Does anyone know of any universities offering guaranteed (or pretty much guaranteed) full rides with a 35 on the ACT?</p>

<p>If your GPA is a 3.6 or higher, you’d qualify for automatic full-tuition at Utah State.</p>

<p>I know there are many scholarships out there, I just need some help finding them. With so many colleges, it’s helpful to have some sort of direction to go in.</p>

<p>I’ve got a 3.95, for anyone who needs to know that in order to give suggestions.</p>
