My son’s housing account shows $387 credit. I guess that means they assigned him a triple (he requested a double). One of his friends got a really big credit----does that mean he had no housing? Anyone else?

i got the same thing. im pretty sure that means we have a triple because under the fee’s it says they would give credit if we were assigned a triple =(

where are you looking to see this?? at the Account Summary in the cal poly portal??

/nevermind, i think i found it mine says 750.00 for “res hall” this is kind of big, ***??

How much is a double or triple room? Our account activity shows $1549 for fall rent, even though we already sent in deposit for $1941. Anyone know how much dorm expenses are per quarter?

I also have the credit balance. I called in to ask if that means I got a triple even though I never requested for one but the housing lady said that the credit balance means absolutely nothing and they still have not finalized anything. However, she said that since I applied quite late, it is very possible that I might get a triple. Also, after I explained that I really did not want one, she said she would make a “comment” on my account stated that I would prefer a double. I don’t know if this will make any difference on the final decision but it probably can’t make things worse. If you are going to do this, make sure you have your Cal Poly SLO id number ready.

Account now says $387 is now owed. So I guess that means he’s got a double.

That’s great! I hope I got doubles too.

check your email … letters came out about transitional housing, i.e. quads …

Arghhhh I got a triple!!! Oh well…
