i want to take it a 3rd time, for colleges like upenn, duke, cornell, jhu, harvard, yale, do you guys think a 3rd time will hurt me?

<p>Are your scores already in range for these colleges? In high range? Then don't bother. dd got 1490 on SAT first time no study and was not going to take it over. Lots of people on these boards think it is worth it to take over, but she didn't think much higher is significant in her mind, so--this score was not going to keep her out of any college.</p>
<p>Are your scores significantly lower than your target colleges? Then take it over only if you were able to up your score in doing 10 REALS, otherwise 3 times with score within 50 points is not worth it, imo.</p>
<p>if i finish te test, and i feel like i didn't do well. can't i still stop it from sending to the colleges by taking them off the list? also will it matter if i told them i was going to retake it</p>
