<p>has anyone applied to cal poly 3 times or more? if so were you accepted/rejected, what was your major, gpa, and how many units did you have? you can put which JC you went to since i’m assuming you’re a transfer student.</p>
<p>I applied 3 times as an Aerospace Engineer major. I got denied my senior year of H.S. with a relatively low gpa for high school (i forgot). The 2nd time I applied was 3 years later, fall 2010, after finishing all my transfer classes holding onto a 3.5 transfer gpa for the same major; I got denied again. Then I decided to apply for spring 2011 (next semester) and surprisingly got in!</p>
<p>i’m surprised you got denied the second time. yeah i’m on my second time. first time rejected as a senior, now i’m a transfer. So when you applied for spring '11, what extra classes did you put down on your application for spring '11 since you already finished your major-related classes long before that?</p>
<p>When applying for Fall 2010, I still had dynamics, and an electric circuit class that I forgot to take. I added those both into my spring 2011 which bumped my overall gpa a littttle higher and got in! </p>
<p>BTW all my math, chemistry, physics, engineering (minus those two), english, and speech was done.</p>
