4.0 GPA (10 AP Courses) 1920 SAT, can I get into Stanford/MIT/Caltech/UC Berkeley?

Just read through this whole thread. Yay for trolls.

A STEM program with a 500 in Math, a 2 in AP CS and a 650 in Math 2?

If you by some miracle did get into an Engineering program at the schools you’ve listed, you would not last one semester.

You really need to be looking at either another discipline, or an Engineering program at a third-tier school.

Husband is an EE, dd graduated in May with EE degree and minor in Software Engineering. Math sections of SAT should be perfect scores of 800. You wont get into MIT, Stanford, Cal Tech. If you change majors, you might get into Berkeley. Yes, the money is good in Engineering, but you wont be even close to starting a linear equations class at the universities. You will be weeded out before you even apply. No merit scholarships with that SAT score, so you’re full pay. Save your parents some money and change your major.
Sounds like a lot of trying to please Mommy and Daddy by conforming to their ideals.

its impossible to get in with those math scores, therefore this is a ■■■■■ thread

^ therefore you are a ■■■■■ jumping to conclusions. Some people live in a small world brah.
