It shocks me how many people here have 3.9 or 4.0 GPAs.
Looking at the acceptance threads for various schools, probably 90-95% of people have 4.0s and are valedictorians.
Seriously... is there no hope?

Depends on where you’re applying and whether you’re one of those aforementioned Valedictorians.

I think it depends on how you define hope. Just because we don’t have 5.0GPAs doesn’t mean we aren’t going to succeed in life. Each individual possesses different aspirations and goals, some more realistic than others. We just have to realize that most people aren’t like the people on CC. Don’t feel bad about yourself, you are probably smarter than several other people. After all, just being on this website portrays some form of devotion to succeeding in school and eventually moving on to college. We can only do what we can do; there is no use in comparing ourselves to others and setting unattainable goals that will inevitably end in failure. Solely focus on your own abilities and in time everything will fall into place. Keep your head up!:)

^ That reminded me of Harold and Kumar. L0L.

^I just looked that up…should I take that as an insult? lol

No, no lol. It was just sort of, not exactly, a line someone said in the movie. =P

O ok, very cool:)

DUDE my 4.0 just go killed by junior year…
