<p>Depending on major, from what I've seen at CC one can spend 8-10% of their free time studying, writing essays, and doing homework and get a 4.0.</p>

<p>Depends on the major. If you're in something sciencey, you'll have to work like crazy, especially if you're in one of the better CCs. If you're liberal arts, a 4.0 is pretty easy (with the exception of a few courses like language, english, etc depending on your strengths).</p>
<p>It all depends on the person... I firmly believe that anyone can attain a 4.0 (unless you are mentally handicapped). However some must work harder than others...</p>
<p>I've only started cc, but at the moment it seems kinda like high school work all over again...but like I said, I've only just begun.</p>
<p>lol @ kitten reference....a 4.0 at the cc is very attainable if you stay a way from 5 unit chem/bio/physics.....some would argue it's easy no matter what....it's hs all over again or even easier sometimes</p>
