Was one of the answers for that "signals to brain and pituitary and then releases chemicals" or is that wrong?

It was exposure to light (color) same thing

Placebo effect:

I putting sticking a needle in a non ______ nerve.

sorry not sure what the word was

I remember another answer was:
traveling up the spinal cord into the brain and released chemical

Headache I put for another answer.

Another answer:
sticking needles on the outer foot.

I agree with all these except headache.

The answer was nausea, it was right from the passage.

yanksman
I remember the answer choice was exposure to color.
the doctor exposed them to light which produced color, so that one was wrong.
The answer was sticking needles into the outer foot.

umm loui armstrongs last place was chicago

most significant are the improvisations

but you can always take out the preposition. i was thinking along the lines of "each one's _". it wouldn't be "each ones' _" that's why i put "parent's"

also, i thought the last place louis armstrong lived was new york. it said that in 1929 he finally settled in new york or something like that. it didn't say he lived anywhere else after that.

I thought it was headache. I don't remember reading anything about nausea. BTW was this the last passage or the second one? I can't remember.

Louis Armstrong's last place was NY, wasn't it? That came right out of the passage.

Improvisations is right.

are you serious? i thought it was new orleans, lol. i was running out of time and new orleans was the last place i saw mentioned so i put that down

mutiger, i put that too but was it like concentration to color or something

and sticking needles to the outer foot wasnt an acutal answer i thought u just use that for the placebo one for a "non something pointo

crap. chicago?! =/ lol

Louis Armstrong lived in New Orleans..

It asked where he lived..

If you miss 4-5 you'll get a 33-34 without the curve.

I thought Louis Armstrong's last place he lived in was New York. In the 2nd paragraph it told about his travels and was like "Then he finally settled in New York"....I think

nmehta are you sure it was chicago.
I remember in the passage, it said he moved to New York where he "settled down"

fjohn you are right

i thought it said "he settled down in chicago in his last years" im almost postive

Is that for the Reading beanies?

It was NY. It said it in the passage directly. "The last and final place he settled was in New York"

k good cause i put new orleans, i mean obviously and it said in the passage. btw loved the Paris made me laugh to myself a little :)

I put NY and so did my friend. It said "he finally settled in NY." and if you look at his wikipedia article it says he died in Queens, NY.

He was in Chicago previous to NY. Chicago didnt pop up again after they mentioned NY.
