the synergizing or whatever it was for the sucrose and lactose was pretty easy, just look at the second table to see how they changed from the first table, and i got saved when i realized lower pH = higher acidity

I put + + + + for one of the synergizing ones. I think it's wrong, though.

The very last one with the tube pictures was the one that was yellow and had no gas bubble i think

I'm pretty sure that's right, Tmac

tmac thats what i got, yellow for the acid and nothing inthe middle

"I put + + + + for one of the synergizing ones. I think it's wrong, though." tubaman, i think you are right there

What about the density ones?

Sounds good.

higher density than the liquid = sink so thats basically all you had to know

Haha, good. I think i knew that..

How about some more rolling cans..

I honestly thought that was really stupid.

I was still feeling owned from the reading section, so I don't remember much about the rolling cans.

yea i was definitely feeling some "test shock"

so i was just looking over this forum and i dont know if anyone said this yet but for the math question, where you turned the circle 90 degrees, you first find the slope from the center to the point and then you find the negative reciprocal and apply that to the center to get 5, -1

Does anybody remember the bizarre "Don't Shake the Can" commercials from the 2004 Athens Olympics bcz thats all I could think of during that part of the test and it was awful.

Yeah (5, -1) was the answer..

On the geometric sums one (aka the last math prob, answer 25.5), could someone please explain to me how to do it, or possibly send me a webpage that says how? I've been searching, but can't really find one...

Thanks SOOOO much....I'm just SO STINKIN' CURIOUS right now, it's driving me nuts! :D

Sum = (1st term)/(1-r)

Plug in and solve for the first term, then find the second term using the common ratio.

200 = x/(1-.15)
X = 170

170*.15 = 25.5

OHHHHHHHHHH.....oh my gosh.......how simple. Now I feel really stupid XD. I got that 170 was the 1st term, so that's what I put....I totally forgot about the plugging it in, since it asks for the 2nd.....

Thanks a ton!! :)
