Many colleges don’t really take into consider your weighted, mostly unweighted. Many will “re-weight” your gpa after sending in your application, to put it on an unweighted scale where it’ll be easier to compare applicants.
As @Gumbymom said, GPA is only a part detail of an applicant. There are ALSO ECs, Volunteer hours, Grade trend, Test scores, what major you want to go into, number of AP classes/Honors/IB, Class rank (sometimes), Essays, LORs, Interviews (depend on school that offer), state residency, alumn relation, musical talents, etc.
