if deferred - how important is the midyear report?

pretty important, i guess? UGHSFLKJJlk if i get deferred, then i prolly have a .000001% chance of getting accepted, because i bet my 1st sem. grades will be cruddy =(

I would think that they are pretty important...

(Not sure why we needed two threads for the same topic/question???)

For obvious reasons, the senior year grade report becomes the single most important part of the regular decision review of ED defers.

From the website...
"What can I do to improve my chances?"
Provide us with any updates to your academic profile, e.g. new standardized test scores or mid-year reports.

May I send additional recommendations and supporting documents?
Yes, if they genuinely contribute to your profile."

I will hold back on discussing more of what a deferred applicant can do, as I aspect that will be a question on these threads after Dec. 15. Don't want to jinx anyone right now.

i accidentally clicked the Post botton twice hehe... my bad ^^ and thnks for the update laxfan!
