4-year culinary school?

<p>Do you guys know any 4-year culinary school in california? thanks. I kind of not like my major and I wanted to change it to culinary.</p>

<p>If you're not sure you want to be a chef, you might also check out the Hotel and Restaurant Management program at Cal Poly Pomona or the U of Nevada, Las Vegas. Both are excellent.</p>
