<p>So its debatable that top LACs enhance your chance to get into a great grad school but what about entering your career field after four years? Does the curriculum limit you ??</p>
<p>People who know about quality undergraduate education know that the LACs are just as good overall (as universities) at educating undergrads. </p>
<p>I think the issue in job recruitment/hiring is lack of name recognition fir the LACs:</p>
<p>Everyone has heard of Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Columbia, Duke, Northwestern … and the big state schools; not many people, comparatively speaking, have heard of Williams, Amherst or Swarthmore.</p>
<p>So that being said do employers look into these schools upon mention?</p>
