Is there any advantage to attending a undergrad. business school with a longer program (4 years) opposed to 2 or 3 years?

You might be able to take relevant courses before the 2/3-year program students do. For example, if you take intro to financial/managerial accounting and IT as a freshman and corporate finance as a sophomore, you will have enough background to get an early business-related job before your junior year summer. It might be nothing too fancy, but experience like that builds. You would be surprised by how many sophomores and up do not know how to use Excel. Just note that not every "4-year" program is 4 years. It might be one year of liberal arts before getting into the business curriculum. Others do let you take business classes your first year, so make sure you know what curriculum you're getting.

You're guaranteed admission in the business program, as opposed to the 2/3-year programs, which require that you apply again once you're in the college of arts/sciences.

Overall, it doesn't matter how long the program is as long as you're getting the same degree.
