The house contains a washer/dryer, cable, internet, local phone service, air conditioning/heating, and plenty of living room and backyard space for relaxation and leisure time. The freeway, mall, grocery store, gas station, public school system and UC Riverside are located nearby the home. Previous rental experience is preferred. </p>
