5 AP classes Junior Year

So basically, next year I’m planning on taking:
AP English Language
AP US History
AP Psychology
AP Biology
AP Spanish Language
Honors Algebra 2
Avid 11
Will those 5 AP be hard to handle? Also, I’m a native Spanish speaker so I know that AP Spanish won’t be that hard from what I’ve heard.

Drop AP psychology, keep it for next year.
Have you taken bio chem physics?

That would depend on your work ethic.

Are you a good essay writer? Or rather are you confident in formal essay writing? That’s half of AP Lang and a good chunk of all humanities APs.

AP Bio is also a pretty difficult course.

Being a native Spanish speaker certainly helps and should lessen the difficulty on a large portion of the workload for AP Spanish.

I’d assess your skills in each of the subject areas and determine if you think you can succeed in the area and manager the workload.

It’s also important to remember that Junior year is SAT year, so take that into consideration before taking too many APs. You want to be able to prepare properly for the SAT as well!

Best of luck!
