Take it for what it’s worth (perhaps not much). Hollywood reporter list for undergrads. Their “big” list of top 25 this year is actually for MFA programs and this link for BFA is at the bottom of it. Kind of confusing so thought I would post.

As you say - there is always a grain of salt aspect with these things … but this came across my FB feed today - and it was FULL of surprises
@toowonderful I saw that too. Yeah-not sure what to say about that. Quite odd for many reasons. I have no doubt all are wonderful programs. And it is nice to see some schools that are not always on the lists there.
