My senior year, I'll be taking AP Calculus BC, AP Literature, AP US Government, AP Microeconomics, AP Physics, and Spanish 3 Honors, along with (hopefully) a college intro to engineering course at a local community college, which is 2 days a week. Should I fill in the missing period in my schedule with AP Statistics to impress colleges or will they be impressed enough?

What is the alternative?

Really is none; I was going to take AP Comparative Government and AP Macroeconomics too but they were dropped from the school; the only other is AP biology, which I cannot see myself taking with physics and I wont be needing anyway since I’ll be an engineer major.

I think they’ll be impressed enough. A UF admissions officer told me they look for 3 AP’s on your senior schedule, as an example.

I don’t think colleges will care about a 1 class difference. You clearly have a schedule that would be considered at the level you need to be on.
