<p>otoh most foreign systems have elite schools comparable to the top US privates. Indeed, do any Euro or UK systems have schools in which sports are dominant to social life? Do they have “greek” systems? The US state school systems are hardly any more comparable to schools abroad then US privates, are they ?</p>
