5-Year BBA/MPA Program

Can someone tell me generally about it? I know there is a 3.5 cumulative requirement, but how competitive is the program? Is it an apply and get in or hotly contested? All other details would be appreciated. Thanks!

And thats the BBA Economics and MPA program

It’s not called the BBA Economics/MPA program. That’s a contradiction because Economics isn’t a BBA degree.
This website explains everything about getting in.

I’m also interested in this or the BBA/MPA 5 year approach. PM me! I can give you the admissions lady’s information. What are your stats, etc?

Ok whatever you get the idea lol…

Anyone have any comments of the competitiveness etc?

MPA is quiet difficult to get into @ McCombs or thats at least what I heard around here & I was also told that if you didn’t took both accounting 311 & 312 at McCombs, you’re not very competitive. That said, i know many ppl who I know aren’t very smarter than me in class who are in MPA so its not too daunting either. & I am in no way close to a genius in academics.

The lady told me that if you can transfer into McCombs and have all the required courses, you’re basically into the program.

oh so you need to be in mccombs to do the program? i thought you ahd to be an econ student

jkaplan1212,

There are two types of Integrated-MPA: One for Accounting students and a second for Economics students.
