500 Key Words for the SAT: And How to Remember Them Forever!

So I recently bought this book (500 Key Words for the SAT: And How to Remember Them Forever!) to prep for my SAT in December. It's super easy to memorize from, but I was wondering how many of its words really show up on SAT's. Would I be better off just going with Direct Hits instead?
Any former user experience would be greatly appreciated.

Direct hits are the best source of vocabulary for the SAT.

^Hey how many words are there in DH?

@razad: IMO, the book you have purchased is OK; the vocab, including those words at the end of the book, is just sufficient. My friend learns only from those, say, 635 words, and aced all the sentence completion questions in the CB practice tests as well as in his real test!
Good luck!

Thanks a lot nguyenminhhieuh, exactly the kind of answer I was looking for. Anyone else with experience with the book, feel free to pitch in. Your answers are appreciated.
