<p>Um I think that they would. Admission to dental school is not just a back up for premeds. I think if he has internships and stuff he might have shot if they show his passion for dentistry but 5Ws will be hard to overlook when you have lots of people without them.</p>
<p>I know people with Fs who got into med school. As long as his GPA is high, and he shows good academic behavior in his upper divs, he can manage.</p>
<p>Look I never said it was impossible or anything. I even said he might have a shot. I’m just saying that yeah maybe he will but it is highly difficult with such a large amount of Ws. So I think his chances might be less than if he had no Ws because all the pre dental people I know have great stats.</p>
<p>Yeah, the Ws hurt, but remember that schools also look at trends. If his last two years are W-free, then it may actually not matter a whole lot. I really don’t think that grad/professional schools care as much about Ws as people think.</p>
