6 year Pharmacy programs in the Midwest

Does anybody have a list of 6 year schools? I applied to Purdue's program (I'm 90% sure that I got in) but does anybody else know of any in the area? But it's pretty expensive as a state school. My home state is Illinois and I'd rather stay close. And since I'm already late in the application season, do you know if they have 2/1 deadlines or will accept sophomore transfers?

There are links to 6 year programs here:

My D was accepted to Butler in Indianapolis, but I'm pretty sure the app deadline has passed. St Louis is also a 6 year. Most 6 year programs make you start as a freshman. Good luck!
