I think you may have a chance....but RU has been really erratic with admissions to the pharmacy program...so no one is an "auto-admit"...

Actually, RU is very predictable in their admissions process. Trust me. For the pharmacy program, Rutgers needs to have received your application, transcript, and SAT report before the priority deadline. If it receives all of it, acceptance is based on your GPA and class rank %, which makes it predictable.

"If it receives all of it, acceptance is based on your GPA and class rank %, which makes it predictable."

ummm...no...not really...

I know plenty of people who applied prior to 12/1, had 1400+ SAT score and 4.0+ GPA who didn't get accepted. On the other hand I know a few people who got accepted with SAT scores in the high 1200's and GPAs of around 3.7.

Let me tell you something. Rutgers is a very big school. Those people might have applied PRIOR to 12/1 but did Rutgers mark their applications as RECEIVED PRIOR TO 12/1. Go back and ask those people about that little detail!

Rutgers admissions is based on ONLY GPA(class rank) and SATIs. That is it. Nothing else.

i'd say you have a real solid shot dude- youre stats are just slightly lower than mine

(ps, i just found out i got in =)

I got into the pharm program with stats considerably lower than yours. I know its competitive, but to what degree is it? V610 M710 W730 math I-700 chem630 lit600 though they do not ask for sat iis. I think your a strong candidate.
